restate.com.au is an online classified advertising service that helps owners sell their properties. We make selling your property online a very simple process. Simply post an ad and wait for interested buyers to contact you.

Does restate.com.au ever charge any additional commissions or fees if I sell my property using your advertising service?

Absolutely not, the one time advertising fee is all you ever have to pay, even if you sell your property using our service!

Steps to take - Place Order.

Select your Advertising options, we have 2 options currently available.

$77.00 Special - your property will remain on restate.com.au until SOLD.

$154.00 - your property will be displayed on our network of websites until SOLD.
(Our network of websites is shown at the bottom of this page)
Payment options include Cheque, Direct Deposit and Credit Cards. (VISA, MASTERCARD).

Steps to take - Create your Advertisment.

After placing an order you will automatically receive an email with your password.
Select "Edit Listing" Option under "Account Login" heading, enter your email address and password, this will take you to your own administration screen.
Enter your property details.Upload your photos if you have some located on your computer. If you are unable to up-load your images for any reason that's ok, send us your photos and we will up-load them for a no extra cost.
Take note of your AD ID, this will be your unique number which can be used to go directly to your property.
